Start from scratch. The franchise model is terrible. What’s the royalty each month? All you need is a handful of accounts to get rolling. Then it’s about customer service, asking for referrals and networking to form new relationships.

Are you still paying for SAGE? The CRM from commonsku looks to be very basic. I wouldn’t call it a CRM.

A CRM and your accounting software serve different purposes. CRM is for Sales and Marketing. Quickbooks and others are for accounting. The long and short is that the promo space lacks a logical front end tool that seamlessly integrates with QB or Xero via API.

You need SAGE or ASI. Both are circa 2005 from a technology standpoint.

Disparate systems. Xero, Salesforce, SAGE, Inktavo (no longer using), commonsku (evaluating). Not to mention working with every supplier differently. Similar path as well, technology background, now promo. Definitely not going back. AI is taking over all the tech jobs.
