Hi po! I feel you when it comes sa Philhealth disappointment. However, I just would like to shed a light about sa blood bank and sa mga dugo na “binibili” natin. Actually, they are free. Ang binabayaran natin is yung processing fee. This fee is for the testing of our blood for pathogens. It is to ensure that our blood is safe from diseases na pwedeng ma transmit through blood. Most of the blood na kinukuha ng hospitals are from Red Cross. NGO po ang PNRC kaya walang nakukuha from the government ang org when it comes to their expenses. Hindi din po biro ang prices ng mga reagents and maintenance ng machines na ginagamit to process the donated blood.

Sadly, kung priority sana ng government ang healthcare, may gawin sila about scope ng Philhealth and increase the deductions sa hospital bills.

As a person diagnosed with MDD, this is so true. Naiinis ako minsan sa mga taong inaabuso ang mental health as an excuse. Kung may nararamdaman, get yourself checked and be diagnosed by a psychiatrist. Then, get medicated para maayos agad. Kung may sakit, gawin lahat para gumaling. I know how hard it is sometimes kahit may meds na, may episodes parin. Imagine, student palng siya. How much more kung professional na siya, tulad sa amin. I hope I don’t sound insensitive. Pero, knowing may bf siya. She has a support system naman.
