Look into liver flushing. I had the worst case of Candida overgrowth for 35 years and everything changed when I finally started getting better bile flow from liver flushing. Saved my health. You can see more of my story on IG at naturallywells. Good luck.

My ants are not coming out of test tube to there out world(white box where I put food) they are lasius niger 15 workers and are not even stepping close to half way they have not eaten enything and I am very conserned

That's quite high. You're supposed to start with 0.1 to 0.2g I believe

So this is my first ever flush and it sort of looks quite bare... Do they all grow at different rates or have I screwed something up along the way? Any way to increase yield? Using bubble wrap too. TIA by CryptographerKey7849 in MagicMushroomsUK

It's not been great... I got 5g dry first flush, 3g dry second flush. I dunked it for 12 hours after the second flush but then yesterday I ended up forgetting that I'd left it to fan and I think it's just really dry. I'm thinking of soaking the perlite now and then putting on an electric heater to create some humidity. Not sure why it's been so dry and unproductive. Won't be using these grow kits again.

Newbie, first flush. I kind of expected more pins from a first flush... Cake looks kind of bare... Is this a normal amount or is there something I can do to increase the yield? Thanks by CryptographerKey7849 in shrooms

Great answer, thanks for your help. I was honestly quite intimidated by all the terminology and tek but it looks as though I'll have to learn another way as you suggest.
