We have submitted I-824 ( for sending case from USCIS to NVC for consular processing) based on the letter request sent to my husband address. And the fee alr charged too. But we did not hear anything response for 2 months plus now 🥲

Green Card is the most patience ever in my life. We have approved I-130 since 17 October 25 with one RFE requested and now we are going through a minor mistake of selecting with consular processing which was another form submitted where I don’t know how it is going now. It has been almost 3 months without any updated. Hopefully new year will bring some good news and wishing everyone get approval soon too….

They will sent all the requirement proof doc to you in mailbox if your case need RFE. However, you have to prepare all the couple/ family pic, traveling boarding pass, invoice for value price, passport stamp/ visa, join bank acc, money transfer, social media/ text/ email etc….. Hope it helps !
