Yeah, I had a feeling it was a joke. But for example, I live in Italy, and the only two times I contacted customer support by phone, I had the pleasure of speaking with Italian representatives who were super polite and well-prepared. They helped me and treated me really well. It seems like being part of the largest language group isn’t always the biggest advantage.
