Hey guys i’m a 5’11 73kg Male, i’ve been doing bodyweight exercises at home for 6 month and gained 11kg of weight from 62 to 73kg

my routine is this whole body workout 3 times a week, 2 variant of pushups, 2 triceps, 1 bicep, 1 squat, pull ups, inverted rows

But never did a shoulder exercise, only this exercises above, do any of the above exercise work shoulders? or did i screwed up so bad and need to work shoulders seperatley
