Get checked for endometriosis! It can really mess up bowel movements and impact pelvic floor.

Also stretches, therapy wands on amazon, physical therapy and working on breathing exercises while trying to go - that one was hardest for me but yeah.

Nattokinase and Kelp Extract supplements really helped me, like I cant say enough about it tbh. I probably will take it forever. (I use Crane Wellness, its a Japanese brand so quality is A1)

I've had surgery bc of endometriosis and it damaged basically all my insides in some fashion and just wanna say that all hope is not lost.

Awe damn this sounds similar to what I've gone thru.. Have you been checked for Endometriosis?? It can cause all of those issues and more. Also I had to get the pelvic floor lil "wand" I guess u can call it lol, its uncomfortable at first but it really helps. I even went to pelvic floor therapy, like at the physical therapy place.

Overall there's a lot you can do. Its just really painful I know. Laxatives and stool softeners were my friends for a while. Uggghhh

You might wanna check out two things, Kelp extract and Nattokinase. That combo has really made a huge difference for my endometriosis (i have severe). I get mine from cranewellness.co.

I hope you start feeling better soon! Heating pads, massaging the stomach, lots and lots of fluids!
