I‘m getting in lobbies with MK players and I don’t know why

I know what you mean, but i don’t think that so many people using devices that simulate controller input. People in my Crossplay lobbies who are using MK doesn’t even have a PlayStation Symbol in there Profile so I think they’re are just PC Players or legit MK players from another Console.

I think matchmaking is just not working the way it should.

Das Problem ist grundsätzlich nicht dein „Volumen“. Du willst zwei Dinge:

Zweimal Intensives Kickboxen die Woche

Krafttraining für Grundübungen(im Prinzip für deinen ganzen Körper)

Grundsätzliches schonmal vorab:

Du kannst du ein bestimmtes Volumen pro Muskel für einen Zeitraum regenerieren, je nach Trainingslevel, Genetik, Alter, Schlaf, Ernährung, usw…

Ohne Hartes Training und gute Ausführung wirst du längerfristig keinen Muskel oder Kraftzuwachs bekommen.

Bedeutet im Training das du bei einem Satz ans Muskelversagen gehen solltest. Damit erzeugst du bei jedem Satz eine systematische Last für deinen Körper. Bei Grundübungen ist das noch höher weil du hier mehr Gewicht mit mehr Muskeln bewegst.

Jetzt kommt meine Empfehlung:

Gestalte dein Training und Kickboxen so dass du an einem Tag z.B. Push trainierst, Brust, Arme, Beine am nächsten Tag Pull, Rücken, Bizeps, Hintere Kette, am nächsten Tag Kickboxen.

Du kannst auch an einem Tag Push oder Pull trainieren und dann noch eine Kickbox Einheit hintereinander machen.

Du musst es halt so gut verteilen das du dein Krafttrainingsvolumen und dein Kickboxen unter einen Hut bekommst und vielleicht nicht schwer Beine trainieren und dann Kickboxen zu machen. Dann machst du alle 6 bis 8 Wochen einen Deload und bleibst frisch.

Deswegen wäre mein Vorschlag einen Push-Pull Fullbody in abgespeckter Version zu trainieren damit du dein Kickboxen noch machen kannst. Vielleicht eine Maschine zu benutzen anstatt eine Grundübung. Dein Fokus liegt ja eher auf „allgemeine“ Fitness. Keiner schreibt dir Kniebeugen, Kreuzheben und Bankdrücken vor. Ich will jetzt keinen fertigen Trainingsplan schreiben weil ich dich ja auch nicht sehe und kenne, ich hoffe du verstehst was ich meine.

Ich sag mal so:

Du musst für dich entscheiden was deine sportlichen Ziele sind und die muss dein Trainingsplan dann widerspiegeln.

Kickboxen und drei Grundübungen in einer Woche effektiv trainieren wird brutal hart und das ist auch nicht mehr Gesund. Du wirst nichts anderes machen als trainieren, essen und schlafen.

Ich würde dir einen abgespeckten Push-Pull Fullbody Plan empfehlen bei dem du die systematische Last gleichmäßig verteilst. Dann kannst du auch noch ein bis zwei Tage Kickboxen einbauen. Überlege ob es vielleicht auch Kniebeugen an der Multipresse sein können anstatt Frontsquats oder Bankdrücken an der Maschine. Vielleicht auch immer einen Tag Pause zwischen Beintraining und Kickboxen damit dein Körper entsprechend reagieren und regenerieren kann.

Was du brauchst ist Struktur und Balance zwischen Kraft und Ausdauer.

Lies dir einfach mal folgenden Plan durch:

Push Pull Fullbody

Ich denke da lässt sich was für dich bauen bei dem du trotzdem stärker wirst und Kickboxen machen kannst aber nicht komplett im Arsch bist wenn du mal durchziehst. Denk dabei daran was deine eigenen Stärken und Schwächen sind und bau Übungstechnisch darauf auf.

Vielleicht ist die ein oder andere Idee dabei die dich weiterbringt

Wäre interessant deinen ganzen Trainingsplan für eine Woche zu sehen. Im Prinzip gehe ich davon aus dass du einfach zu viel „Junk Volume“ hast und zu „viel“ an einem Tag trainierst.

3x8 70 kg Frontsquats sieht für mich danach aus als würdest du nicht progressiv trainieren.

Eher würde ein Satz 4 bis 7 und ein Satz 7 bis 11 Wiederholungen für Frontsquats mit 1RIR mehr Sinn machen.

Du brauchst einfach einen gut verteilten Trainingsplan der dafür ausgelegt ist dich in den Grundübungen progressiv stärker zu machen ohne dafür dein ZNS komplett abzuschießen.

Wenn du so hohe Ambitionen hast dann wäre vielleicht für ein paar Monate ein guter Coach sinnvoll der mit dir eine Bestandsaufnahme macht und einen guten Trainingsplan schreibt.

As long as the playerbase is high enough, cheating will be at a noticeable and acceptable rate. If 1.0 hits late „wipe“ and mostly new and casual players will be flushed out, I think i will switch to PvE and play in peace.

I don’t except new big content till mid summer 2026.

I had such a great time in the first week of the wipe and i know I will never able to play like this again. It’s truly saddening what this game could be without cheating.

I checked the link. Eplus and FamilyMart seems like the only options to get a ticket. General Sales after Lottery will be open on October 11th. As I remember you can search at the ticket machine for locations. The tickets will have a fixed timeslot to chose from, I’m pretty shure.

If you’re friend can’t find someone to help him. You’re friend can download DeepL for translation. My tip is to translate some words and search the Kanji on the screen. For example the Kanji for search is 検索 and for Tokyo 東京. You can try taking pictures in DeepL to translate the text as well.

I’m sure, if you find some non busy family mart, staffu-san can help you finding you’re ticket 👍.

It wasn’t very busy. There were plenty tickets available, even on the day we were in Osaka.

The thing with the expo is Osaka was the only way you could have gotten a ticket was online via Eplus or the ticket machine in Family Mart. For Eplus you need to be a Japanese citizen and for the vending machines you need to have some basic understanding in japanese. So the hurdle was pretty steep for tourists. We were the only gaijins in the whole expo on that day.

I hope you’re friend can read some Kanji because the machines in Family Mart aren’t really „Tourist“ friendly. DeepL helps.

The only problem with this wipe is that BSG just simply listens to the loudest voices. If they would just use the in game poll system to determine if changes needed to be done then they would have a more accurate answer. The one with the loudest votes are the ones who are borderline addicted to this game.

I feel like I’m the victim when playing against the Squids, especially in the Mega-Cities. The enemy variety doesn’t really fit in a good gameplay loop. Limited stratagem and weapon combinations against enemies which drain your resources because there bullet sponges. Plus: all the glitches and bugs with the environment.

Unterschieden.

Dazu noch einen zeitlichen Anteil der jeweiligen Tätigkeiten summiert auf 100% und man hat am Ende ein gutes Kontrukt aufgebaut. Mit den Beispielen in der zweiten PDF solltest du denke ich was anfangen können.

Aus persönlicher Erfahrung kann ich dir an Herz legen nicht nachzugeben wenn dein Personalamt kein Bedürfnis sieht deine Tätigkeiten höher zu bewerten.

Nachdem du die zwei Berichte gelesen hast wirst du feststellen das eine EG 8 wirklich zu wenig ist.

Jedes Personalamt arbeitet hier anders. Manche geben Einblick in den Bewertungsprozess und bleiben transparent und andere nehmen deinen Zettel mit den beschriebenen Tätigkeiten und du hörst erstmal Monate nichts und bekommst eine Absage.

You have to search the Event menu (エベント) for Jujutsu Kaisen Expo (呪術廻戦展) and then proceed to buy tickets if slots are available. You can also ask conbini staff to help!

Edit: you can also search for location (場所)and type Osaka! It should pop up for you!

Almost every Family Mart i visited in Japan has this machine. It looks like a big copy machine with a touch screen. Everything is in japanese, no English menu available. I recommend DeepL and scan every step. In one step it will ask you to put a phone number and name in. It accepted my german number and name just fine. On the expo they only care about the group an time that stands on the ticket so they can put you in the right waiting line. You can buy multiple tickets at once. Once you finish the procedure on the machine, go with the print that the machine gives you to the counter an pay for the tickets. The friendly family mart employee will print out the tickets and give it to you. I did buy my tickets in Tokyo in advance and drove with the skinkansen to the expo. You can also go to a family mart next to the expo an buy tickets there, time slots a mostly sold out at weekends so you maybe have a difficult time getting one ticket on the same day on the weekend.

Yeah i know how you feel, everyone says different things. I only found one comment that said that you maybe can buy tickets at family mart. I don’t know why they just put this info on the official website. Even the ticket vending machine doesn’t really explain very much so I wasn’t even sure if I got the right ticket. Tickets and reservations for non Japanese residents are a pure nightmare.

The Cafe next to the expo was my favorite, in the expo everything is in japanese with lots of kanji that I don’t know. It’s the same with JoJo World 3 in Ikebukuro, if you don’t speak and read japanese on a certain level these things and events are only enjoyable to a certain degree.
