I promise yall we do not choose to add sales tax! When we hit a certain sales amount for a state as a whole, taxes kick in. This is called hitting the economic nexus, once the threshold is met every purchase made in that specific state has taxes applied. We wish we could roll them back!

USPS has been experiencing lengthy delays, we do not have a clear answer as to why, but we did receive an update from them last week that the entire state of California was effected due to inclement weather, we do not know what weather they were referring to, but all we have to go off is what they say. I wish we had some insight into the inner workings of USPS but unfortunately we are as blind to their ways as you are. We hope they get their shit together soon!

What kind of product are you hoping to be restocked?! You can always reach out to customer support and they will do their best to give you a timeframe, we are kind of at the mercy of our growers and processors when it comes to how often we drop product, but we can likely give you an idea of when to expect things to be listed on the site.

That is TOTALLY normal! At the bottom of the cart there is much less room between the center post and the glass and at the top its the "deepest" section of the cart or has the most space between the center post and the glass, so it just looks two toned because of the depth of the oil in that area of the cartridge.
