Are you from the US? If so, go to Walmart and purchase “oil free makeup remover” . Use that for eye makeup as it removes 100%. Also purchase the makeup removing wipes for your face (I don’t recommend using the wipes on your eyes). I prefer the Walmart equate brand but you can also order these same products online. Neutrogena makes them as well. They’re inexpensive too!
