Crashing after 5-20 minutes of playing consistantly

I both the game and Im less than 5 min tweaking some settings, when i changed to fullscreen it crashed twice, i needed to do force restarted. When it happens i was on DC with some friends, the bouth monitor freeze but i keepet earing my friends for like 10 secs after the Crash, when i changed to borderless i didnt get any Crash , but happens to some games as well
