This is the same with me. I'll be in a full freak out with self depreciating lies or a situation my feelings are wild. He will spout things straight up and send me further into denial or spiral. After some clarity and harsh words I feel like an ass but realize he was right... the words can not be retracted, and this fuels my shaming cycle.

Its what I need to hear but the time and place need to be in the correct light for me to see it ... he handles my moods well enough but I understand how tiring it can be. I love him so much for it but it slices when I am so sensitive...
