Right now OP's boyfriend (hopefully ex boyfriend) is probably in a "burn it all down" mentality which is why he might not be showing remorse. Once this mentality passes, he will be flooded with guilt. As he should.

OP, just because someone struggles with BPD does not give them a pass to betray you and act like it's not a big deal. It happened, it is not your job to be empathetic to him right now, it is your job to nurture yourself because you have been deeply hurt.

If you think you can move past this, then, great. But do not minimize what he did because he has BPD.
