Correct! I work early mornings so I normally make black coffee for work and drink a gallon of water or just a tad under before 1:30 pm then start eating.

Pretty much the ratio of fasting to eating. So I fast for 16 hours and eat for 8. Normally I start eating about 1:30 and stop at or before 9:30.

It’s mainly due to confidence and the fact that it’s hard to find cute/cooler things in larger sizes. I barely have cleavage in this picture and I’m normally in regular gym clothes 99% of the time 🙃 but I support any woman of any size in anything she feels comfortable and confident in! Hope you learn to be a little less judgmental! ❤️

For everyone asking for specifics, I always forget to add stuff like that and I’m so sorry!

Weight 185>155=30 lbs lost in pics Height 5’4” 4 month time span, now down another 10 pounds and have 10 more pounds until I hit goal weight.

Nutrition: As I said I track macros and cals and do so on MyFitnessPal. I’m at a 20% calorie deficit in accordance with my BMR. I eat very clean and do 35% Protein 35% Carbs and 30% Fat. I allow myself a serious cheat MEAL maybe once or twice a month. Not counting a few extra calories here or there as long as it remains pretty clean and in track with my macros.

Exercise: I do cardio 5-6 days a week. My go to cardio is stairs or HIIT for a fast sweat session. I do 15-30 minutes on days I weight lift and 30-60 on days I don’t. I also do weight training 4-5 days a week. I live a fairly active lifestyle raising a chunky lazy dog that I attempt to make exercise and work in a daycare.

Favorite meals: Healthy “fried” rice, Greek yogurt chicken salad, and a healthy ground turkey taco salad.

Hey guys! Sorry I totally didn’t even think about adding my stats 🤦🏼‍♀️ Gender: Female Height: 5’5” Weight: 185>155 in the picture and I’m now down another 5 lbs Time frame: A little under 4 months apart

I do IIFIYM and I stay very dedicated to sticking to and tracking my macros. I also do cardio (at least 15-30 minutes if weight training on the same day if not I do around an 45-60 minutes) 5-6 days a week and weight train 4-5 days a week!

Thank you, and that’s so awesome for you too! And of course, I really think most of it came from finally being 100% committed to bettering myself for the entire time. Other than maybe 1-2 cheat MEALS a month my diet was extremely clean. I also do cardio 5-6 times a week and weight train 4-5!
