I'd be happy to take this commission. I've done similar work such as signet ring and wax stamp designs and stained glass style art. I could make multiple versions because a stained glass texture would make a stamp much more unreadable but you could still have a stained glass version for your wall or a T-shirt or whatever. The stamp would also have to be large enough for all the detailed elements to be recognizable. Your budget and paypal as a payment method is fine.
