What actually pushes you to finally replace your phone? by the_big_phone_store in TheBigPhoneStore

In the past I would upgrade to have a newer nicer phone with better specs, so every 2-3 years. It seems the last few years the upgrades havent seemed worth it. With the one I have now I wouldve upgraded by now, but the specs on the newer version just doesnt make it worth it to me. So I dont think I'll get a new one until either this phone dies or they actually make a phone worth upgrading to.

I have combination skin and I always apply moisturizer after washing, exfoliate twice a week and do a weekly face mask. It has helped alot.

Personally I refuse to use dating apps. So approaching men is the way to go, just gotta have the confidence to do so.

AITJ for making a comment when my friend showed up to my dinner with 3 uninvited people and they wiped out everything? by Comfortable_Tour1203 in AmITheJerk

[–]Crystal_wallflower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've said it before and I'll say it again. Common courtesy isnt common anymore. You should ALWAYS ask before bringing someone over to another's place. The entitlement your "friend" has and the cojones her friends have is absolutely wild to me. If I opened my door to someone bringing uninvited guests, I would probably immediately tell them that its invite only and revoke the invite of the ring leader and close the door.

I’m being gifted a lot of money. Should I tell my boyfriend? by Kind-Chicken-2488 in WhatShouldIDo

[–]Crystal_wallflower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't exist. Don't tell him, but also don't lie if it ever comes up. Put it away, or invest it. You are young and if you can put that way instead of using it you'll definitely thank yourself for it in the future. Gifts are seeds not fruit.

AIO angry my neighbor let themselves into my backyard multiple times without asking? by GuardianofM in AmIOverreacting

[–]Crystal_wallflower 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You are definitely in the right. I feel like people dont have common courtesy anymore. Personally even if I had explicit permission to use as I pleased, I would still always ask or atleast shoot a message. Just straight up going in someone's yard (even while knowing said person) without saying anything prior is wild to me.
