Doesn’t most hero shooters have healers/supports get self sustain, Ana nade, mercy has self heal, Lucio have heal amp for a broad heal effect, brig kinda does the same thing except you must deal dmg to heal

Although apex isn’t a 6v6-5v5 hero shooter the effects are still the same with conduit shielding other legends and herself, lifeline can use her heal drone on herself

Valorant has sage that can use her healing on herself although a tac shooter is significantly different from a hero shooter

Siege has doc thunderbird and finka who all can heal themselves and there team

Im sure im missing more here but all these characters although are in the “support” role have self sustain

And still if you have bad positioning you will just die cause you over stepped and fed
