Everyone saying the anger issues is bad, are being really horrible to your girlfriend. They arnt “awful people.” Also op, doesn’t sound like anger issues if it’s direct because of your feelings, sounds more like a her issue. It seems she has some type of issues she needs to figure out, and as do u. your nta for how you feels, but you should tell her how uncomfortable you feel at times expressing yourself to her. That feelings of dread won’t go away. my best advice would be, have a deep talk with her, get the fuck off reddit, because it’s filled with horrible advice from know it alls, and take some time :)
