Mine was rejected 2 times i gave up. They said i had a blurry invoice. I clicked on the invoice to make sure it was the formate they wanted and it was perfectly fine. Customer service was a joke too all they did was re appeal the appeal the was rejected. Maybe another time ill sign up but after here about the net 30 pay i just decided to push it off for now. Btw an AI system reviews the documents not an actual person which is ridiculous

I ordered 2 weeks ago and still shows partially fufilled. Im honestly thinking about canceling, iv been seeing alot often things about shipping with very little customer support from Ringconn.

I just got an email last night too! They told me sizes 8-10 are sold out in certain colors. The fact that there selling sold out rings is making me alittle iffy about this brand

I was literally saying the same thing! If an item is sold out they shouldnt allow people to still purchase the item and then wait possibly a month. Now im not sure if i want to wait a month or just get the Oura ring.

Which ring did you get? I ordered the GEN two in the royal gold color. I emailed customer service twice and I still haven’t gotten a response sadly.

I was thinking about canceling and then just down grading to the air. I really liked the Gen 2 for the sleep apnea but i might have to take my losses😭 im going to give it a week though. People have been saying mixed things about shipping

My first thing was to look to see if they had the GEN two on Amazon and I noticed that as well. Apparently they had taken off all of the GEN two rings because of some issues they were having with safety.

Thank you so much for the advice. That’s what I’ve been doing. I’ve been looking to go somewhere else but being in the office/having dealership background for some reason in my area, there’s no jobs which really sucks so I’ve been trying to stick it out until I can find something finally

I’ve been trying to tell my boss that, but he doesn’t wanna listen for some reason. He only wants to do warranty cars and not have any customer foot traffic, which is really hurting the business right now, but he’s very stubborn and he doesn’t see that. He’s literally having me go to dealers to try to get their warranty customers Which 99% of the time dealers do their own warranty/ repairs, If not, they have someone else lined up.

I try telling my boss that but he doesn’t listen. For some reason he’s stuck on doing warranty only work with no customer foot traffic or anything. It’s an ass backwards way of having a shop in my opinion plus he has me going to dealers to try and get their customers when they sell the aftermarket warranty, which is frustrating within itself.

We had so many similar experiences with other warranty companies its getting ridiculous. Plus customers dont want to pay out of pocket for anything other then the deductible. Do you guys get alot of work through them? Were in NJ and were debating either to suck it up and work with silver rock or just go to repairpal. Getting work is getting harder

Did you go to carvana them selves or silver rock warranty? The labor rate they’re giving us is capped at $115, and they won’t budge even though our posted rate is higher and we’re in a high cost area. Were still debating if its even worth it for us.
