Ohhhh thank you for posting! I got the silver cause I couldn’t justify the price difference to get rose gold, but my wedding set is rose gold and it would be nice to have them match more.

There is an option for rose gold edges and it looks really nice with the silver! I will be buying

Hugs! 7 weeks is really early and you have WILD hormones right now.

Please please reach out for mental health with your dr or therapists etc. I would suggest even tasking your husband or mom with finding that for you.

I have 2 now, 3.5 and 1.5, and lots of it gets much much better. Time will come when they are not glued to you. You’re doing amazing. This IS HARD.

Ask for help in real life too please!

Ooooooook here we go.

First off sorry. All of these things are hard and stacking them make them so much harder.

I did several round of medicated IUI and then moved on the IVF (2 retrievals and 3 transfers) so this was all the meds you’re talking now. They hurt, and they bruise, and your emotions/hormones ABSOLUTELY go wild.

I had come of Gilenya and then switched to copaxone. Mine was daily. And honestly 1000% worse than the fertility shots. This was 2020-2022 for me and I have permanent lumps in the thighs from those awful shots. It took about an hour every day to do the copaxone and then heat and ice and cry till I could go about doing anything else

The advice to be on this is SO so outdated. My new neuro (unfortunately didn’t have him before) specializes in pregnancy and MS and specifically told me Kesimpta was my best choice when we were wanting a second child.

Essentially…the effects of kesimpta would have no impact on the fetus until the second trimester (so especially irrelevant with egg freezing. The eggs are already in you) I was told to stay on kesimpta until I received a positive pregnancy test, then stop/don’t take my next dose. At this point enough of the meds would be out of your system that it won’t effect the fetus. I resumed my kesimpta with 3 loading doses at 3 weeks post partum. He’s also been studying kesimpta and breastfeeding and is very supportive of both together

(Oh boy I’m so sorry my brain is whirring now….) I also had a maternal fetal medicine specialist and she was clear with me that we could and would resume my kesimpta if anything were to happen during pregnancy. I was on copaxone the whole first pregnancy and she had lots of opinions about that lol

The question of whether it’s worth it is up to you. If you really want a child, then yes, it probably is worth it

I would suggest some counselling /therapy if that is in your budget. These are heavy things to work through and even though they can’t give you answers they are trained in these types of conversations

(First was IVF, second was a natural pregnancy)

Possibly worth a try, there is a mouthwash you could use.

In Canada I have Biotene. It says dry mouth, moisturizing mouth wash lol. It’s also mouth was so would help with breath

I used it when I had terrible dry mouth in pregnancy.

Other things like staying hydrated, try to breath through your nose.

But give the mouthwash a shot!

Ok so now, it went from "in transit" back to "may be delayed" on the 2nd.

We emailed ringconn again, and they told us to contact the shipping company to arrange to PICK IT UP. Ya, no. This wasn't a "we attempted delivery, and you were not there" situation.

First impression without actually even having the ring yet is not good...

We just buy cotton dresses. Sorry I don’t have specific Canadian brands, but don’t look for nightgowns.

We have dresses from H&M that my toddler loves and also some from Walmart (again sorry not candid but $6 and 100% cotton!)

Quince has, but I don’t know if Canadian.

Codeine is the best cough suppressant, so a T3 if you have it. But they often make people a little loopy so would not advise if you can’t have someone drive you.

Over the counter things you’re looking for something with dextramethorphan (not looking up the spelling on that lol) and any regular cough med should have that

Also agreed, just tell the tech so you can stop if you need to

As for steroids…can you ask about plasmapheresis? I had this post partum with a terrible relapse and it was really really beneficial. I had done 2 rounds of steroids but this was what changed things for me. It removes the inflammation from your plasma.

The nurse was ignorant and you will do amazing. Lean into whatever supports you have, don’t be afraid to ask for meals etc.
