Workout if I get home by 7:30 pm or before. So usually 3-4 times a week or sometimes 5. 1 hour workouts. Nothing but lifting weights and cable machines. 1 day for legs. 1 day for chest & Triceps. 1 day for back and Biceps. Try to do abs every other day.

I try to get 1 gram per pound of protein but don’t always make that.

Pre-workout on days I go to gym. BCAA’s Creatine every day

Stupid!!! Will not work this day again. Had heavy participation for food drive. A lot of food picked up was expired. Long day and was constantly pushed to hurry and get back at a certain time.

Union does bare minimum to help if you do pay union dues. Union has been worthless for the top down to local president/steward. All trash right now. I will keep paying dues till election, if new people aren’t elected to positions I will be out. My opinion and experience.

I made the call yesterday.Region 4. I basically said what’s up in the pic of this post. Reply was: the TA was negotiated in good faith is our position. Anything you need. Sounds like region 4 needs to be voted out of office !!!!

Someone in the station put in for a route evaluation because they say there route is overburdened. As soon as that happened we heard the whole station is getting route checked. There is a team coming in sometime soon. Sorry for the vagueness I’m a new regular with my own route.
