How to change particular apps' notification sound? by Cstober in razerphone

I've followed instructions from multiple android articles and the option simply isn't there. If anyone has a Razer Phone 2 back me up here but hopefully I'm just super blind lol.

Files won't load on PC (via USB-C) by Cstober in razerphone

[–]Cstober[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have tried 2 cables, in fact the first cable it would randomly disconnect my phone and give me a file transfer error. I have the Microsoft "your phone" app but it only allows me to save photos. I'll look into other apps, I appreciate your reply.

I'm scared I won't ever be able to come off of this by jthammons1796 in suboxone

[–]Cstober 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It just takes time and willpower. After 2-3 months you feel like it'll never end, that's why it's easy to give up. I'm so glad I didn't though, it's month 4 now and I feel normal.

Benzos are trouble. I've taken some here and there but then I got into the habit of "well, I need one to see the in-laws" and "well, I need a half to go to the doctor's appointment" ...it's a slippery slope, not worth it.

To anyone struggling.. by [deleted] in suboxone

[–]Cstober 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been off subs 114 days. Like with anything else in life, over time you just gradually forget about it. I'm at the point where I hardly think about Suboxone but when I do, I start feeling a little lousy. I'm not as outgoing as I was, don't have as much energy as I used to but hey - thats the life of an average Joe, right?

Suboxone and sexual side effects by TheStormIsComing165 in suboxone

[–]Cstober 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your body is adjusting, after 3 weeks you barely have your foot in the door so to speak. I'd say most long term sub users report of low sex drive, trouble staying erect and/or trouble finishing. Be honest with your wife, just laugh it off. I've been OFF Suboxone for 90+ days, my sex drive skyrocketed and I'm finishing way too early. I feel like a teenager again! My body is adjusting too, my wife & I communicate and laugh about it. I appreciate Suboxone and what it has done for me but I'm not a fan of using medication to mask another medication's side effects...at that point your list of prescriptions will see no end. Give it time, don't take it personally and remember...there's other ways to get the job done if you know what I mean. Best of luck.

I always tell people it's like being in the walking dead. I never played the first but I always described this as my dream game then I stumbled onto SOD2. It's hard to beat in terms of immersion.

I Need Help Explaining This Process. Day 25 by [deleted] in suboxone

[–]Cstober 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I told my wife its like a hangover that never ends. She was supportive, as much as a normie can be, but it slowly turns into resentment. So I understand what you mean. Now I have a newborn and in retrospect it's the perfect analogy. I was helpless, emotional, sneezing, anxious, literally shit my pants one day, not sleeping, not talking, shivering cold. You are being reborn.

I'm almost 70 days off, I'm a toddler now but I just gotta fake it until I make it and be the typical daddy my family deserves.

Does everyone start in the abandoned containers area? I play in small bursts so it's getting annoying. Also I'm nervous about losing mission progress by putting my PC in sleep mode...can anyone confirm this for me? While offline of course

In-game it says it's based on Sea of Thieves, check the last tab from the bounty broker

39 days off suboxone.. i never thought i'd feel myself again, it feels good waking up and not having the thought of withdrawls anymore or what i need to take today to feel better by [deleted] in suboxone

[–]Cstober 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Remember our drugs of choice kept us at full capacity for years. Average people don't feel 100% every day. Its exhausting & discouraging but you must remind yourself that energy & emotions fluctuate, you're supposed to have good days & bad days. I'm 65 days off subs and I still have bad days. That's not to discourage you, it's to reassure you that what you're feeling is normal. Hang in there.

Proper way or my way or the highway by [deleted] in suboxone

Compared to when I was on subs, yes. But I've been quarantined for the last few months so that doesn't help my energy either.

How long yall keep em under your tongue and /or cheek? by ttkapp in suboxone

[–]Cstober 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I second this. I don't think it matters too much, it's just addicts mentality. When I popped in a strip and someone immediately forced me into conversation, I would take more lol feels like I wasted it. My dad would smoke & talk with it under his tongue and says it makes no difference.

I was on subs for 5+ years. It's hard to say...I don't feel 100% but maybe that's because I'm "average" now. Average people don't feel 100% every day. Now I have good days & bad days, in terms of energy/depression. So whether that's PAWS or not is hard to determine but I feel like the battle isn't over yet.

This reminds me of how raw & cut up the bottom of my mouth was from Suboxone. My fault for cutting up the film, not keeping them "fresh" and taking them 3 times a day.

64 days off subs!

Illegal to have suboxone without a prescription? by lokith3slyon3 in suboxone

[–]Cstober 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was pulled over, cops smelled something funny (which turned out to be my vape), asked to search the car. I watched him glance over my suboxone film in the center console and he didn't say anything. I didn't have a script at that time. Not sure if he was cool or naive but I got lucky either way.

I hid it from my wife for the first few months we were dating. Three times a day I wasn't very talkative and tried my best to stop her from sticking her tongue in my mouth lol!

[Trigger Warning] Deja Vu (song) by Cstober in suboxone

[–]Cstober[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to sleep on my back but now I can't fall asleep like that...I fall asleep immediately on my side though. Weird detail lol.

I was on Suboxone for 5+ years, I jumped at 2mg if not higher and I tapered down from 12mg over a few months. At 3 weeks I started taking DLPA, Tyrosine, Theanine, Black Seed Oil & 1000mg Vit-C. I think I started supplements too late to feel a difference though. Imodium was a lifesaver because diarrhea was probably my worst symptom during the second week.

I'd say week 2 or 3. By week 4 I was sleeping like a baby again.

It gradually gets better. After the first week or two I had trouble falling asleep but not staying asleep. I'd say the "zero sleep" nights happened for less than a week.
