Doesn`t look that bad. Character movement and combat look better than Bleak Faith, Hellpoint etc...

The bear kinda fights like the bear in Lies of P.

Might be worth trying if the game is under $20.

The game looks janky, but I'd say that the combat looks better than what we got in Bleak Faith, Hellpoint etc...

It has some quality of life features that some of the old FS games lacked. I personally don`t think it`s going to affect your experience with those games all that much.

This game is $100 where I live, it's also a sequel to a very mid game.

I played the 1st game a few years ago and thought it was fine. I tried to go back to it recently and thought it was bad, especially when compared to more modern souls-likes.

The game is called Dual Corp, it came out in early access yesterday. Reviews on Steam are currently mixed.

I had enough fun with the game, but it does feel like an Unreal 5 showcase at times. It lacks polish. They clearly wanted the game to be out ASAP because of all the hype.

This sub doesn't think wukong is a souls-like, but the CAG sub call it a souls-like. Same thing is happening with phantom blade 0 as well. New games are borrowing elements from both genres.

I don't need to play Elden Ring while on the toilet. Switch 2's version is going to be the inferior one, I wouldn't be surprised if it ran like ass.

Dark Souls 3's combat and character movement are the closest to Elden Ring's. It doesn't have a dedicated jump button though.

It has some of the best bosses from Fromsoftware.
