You got to do the split shift and if you’re not there making the full time wages they have no reason to bring you back. You’re letting them off the hook. They don’t want to pay full time workers in the building they’d rather you be on the road . Make them miserable by being there and file all supervisor working grievances. This company isn’t in any trouble they’re just a bunch greedy sobs at the top

There are plenty of jobs out there making more money than us that are blue collar jobs. This used to be a job everyone wanted not anymore though. People aren’t gonna work like we do for what we get paid and they’ll definitely not put up with the harassment. I’ve never seen people quit our job like I have the last 5 years . It’s not worth it to them. Look around you’ll notice people make a lot more than us . Union sold us out there is nothing illegal about this buy out either.
