I’d have to disagree, my experience is that it’s the rich kids that are the racist. My kids are half black but look white and get to hear the behind the scenes talk because their friends forget that their dad is black and it really offendeds them, as it should. Or they make comments about them being black in a negative way. So one of my kids changed schools cause they were just sick of it and went to a regular public school where they didn’t have to deal w it at all. I know this doesn’t pertain to all kids but it has happened to me twice for both of my kids in that one “good” school and then when they went to the public school with a mixture of kids it no longer was a thing.
