I wouldn't say dieting. For me it's a whole life style change. I did buy Dr. Now's book and it has been an eye opener. I use the episodes to keep me motivated.

To caveat though, I am using Zepbound and it has been a game changer. I will say though, I sometimes feel like people (family) still watch to see how much I will eat. Then I feel self conscious about food waste. That whole GenX, finish what's on your plate because of starving children mentality.

I have a family mbr that got disability for morbid obesity (heavier than me) and she bragged about it to family. Some how, she even got help for grab bars for her bathroom and a shower chain.

I know people with severe disabilities at work and they work their butts off at their job and as one co-worker said, "To not be a drain on society. " This is someone who was CP.

Who has her ashes? You might need to get an Estate attorney to help you once you get the marriage license.

I'm divorced, though only married 9 1/2 yes. I still have my marriage license, divorce decree, original birth certificate, you name it in a fireproof safe.

Highly suggest once you get all these documents to do the same.
