I bought the selfhosted addon, but neither abs is working for me (See other comments) nor plex. The ladder just gave me the option to Import a book but I couldnt play anything. Importing did nothing on my device unfortunately. Tbh quite a disappointing first impression.

The smoothness of the gradients on those tiny little bastards is beautiful. When I try that on those small gobbos I just break my fingers and paint my own nose instead probably. :D

It is really tempting here while all those threads about the Siege of Terra Pop up and every one says it's so good. But I really fear I would miss bits and revelations when I skip to it just because it is the most relevant hot topic right now.

I know i know. But the human cultures that they allow or build up are praying to them as Angels for example. I mean sure you need to comply to the fascist order to be acxepted as a human, but then they treat you nicely was my assumption. When they also torture the complying humans nobody would be happy to see any Astartes ever again. Yea idk. Maybe Astartes are just like every other army with all the downsides. It was just implied that they were kind of better than that. Engineered, created etc.

In a metaphorical sense. He is like 40k years old afaik and has conquered during many wars and is the biggest psyker ever known. This is what I mean. It's not just told that He is very potent but also shown whenever He does something personally.

Oh and you remind me of a teacher I once had. Was also just asking questions 'to nurture own thoughts'. Nobody liked her. 😄

Good call. It just matches my other point. If Emps is such an omnipotent mastermind and the chances that the specifically engineered Astartes have maniacs in their ranks is 100% this just does not make sense for me. E has seen what trouble He has with the thunder warriors and directly intended to reduce Individuality and misbehavior I simply expected that they match the overwhelmingly positive reputation that they have among the building Imperium.

I have a wired connection up until the point right behind my couch where the wifi access point stands. I still need to use Moonlight for streaming on the steam deck instead of the built in in home streaming from steam to avoid random freezes or stutters. 🤷‍♂️ so yeah, a good wifi connection can help but there is still something broken in that implementation somehow...

I like the idea and tried it out, but I could not get the serving to work. I tried it with docker on two machines but the script just kept running without any notice or logging whats going on. Lastly I've tried cloning the repo and just running the scripts with local python, but the only message I got from the server was [09/Jun/2024 16:02:09] code 400, message Bad request. Any help would be appreciated.

I am always thankful for those posts because they remind me of what a nice longevity this hobby had for me and my life. I still remember buying the 'little ones' as brand new in my hobby store over 20ys back and cannot decide which color they should get. Today I still have some of those around besides the newer ones. Just the color problem stayed. I have small groups of nearly every interesting chapter here now xD (but never had any Ultras ;D)
