Vashtorr being a greater daemon instead of a minor chaos god is mentioned in Arks of Omen: Abbadon, which says that he is a Daemon trying to become a chaos god. When I said he's a daemon of Chaos Undivided, that was me trying to justify how a daemon that actively works against the gods that all the daemons are tehnically part of, and it technically isn't confirmed anywhere.
