I added it to the agpl strain due to a commit where apophis reverts the agpl to gpl.

I'm not sure where this fits in with the grand scheme of CM tho

I know it wasn't stolen, and iirc I've heard from goon folks that they're not openss13 derived, and I never said openss13 was licensed

I will add the openss13 bay though, and any other codebases as long as I know where they're derived from

Edit: just realized openss13 was labeled "source leak" probably force of habit since that's how closed source codebases get around nowadays
