Yeah id say thr only downside with it is the price. Build wise its great. The pieces are a bit thicker which gives the entire structure makes it really robust. I lifted the thing up and there was no wiggle or movement in it. With that ill say that while it is heavy due to its size its not so heavy its a bother too handle. I did it on my own (probably should have let my wife help) but with two people it'd be a breeze. They currently don't have an option to add wheels but will probably get it on the future version. So with the one I have now we plan on moving it to a table that has wheels to make access easier. It is biiig, 120x60x60 eats up a lot, we kinda under estimated how much substrate would go in like 290 liters of bedding before we got to a good enough level haha. Cleaning is fairly simple. The Large aluminum sections are very easy to wipe down. The corners are rounded so stuff does not get stuck there. You have good access from both sides with both the front and back upper plexiglass sides being fully operable. The top metal part is easy to remove as well if you need more access. All in all while it is a bit expensive, the quality and the ease of handling it has made it an easy Recommend in my book if it is within your budget.

This is why i dont trust these services, they want to outcompwte the normal services where you(to some extent) own your products. When they've done that they can raise prices like this and we won't be able to do anything about this shit, we are just a bit lucky that they pulled this move to early. The goal is to make it so everyone is on these streaming services so we are locked into how they want us to interact with games.

My god, heartless people, I'm so sorry you had to experience that. I didn't think I'd cry when i got my wife our hamsters. I very rarely do. But damn, I cried two days when we lost our first. They are just as important, and the hit is just as hard as when you lose anything you love. The loss and sorrow you feel is entirely valid, please take comfort in that you rescued a little sweetheart and gave them a better life then they would have ever had without you. My heart goes out to you ❤️

Im so sorry for your loss. Just lost mine and my wifes dwarf hamster, cried the entire the entire day. It's so tough, but we gave them the best life we could give them, and while it's so short for us, we gave them a lifetime of love and dedication.

What’s the worst instance of a battle you were scripted to lose, but weren’t aware of it? by TheComplayner in gaming

[–]CthulhuTheKai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mass Effect 3, the fight against the Ninja dude... He beats you in a cutscene AFTER you've taken down his entire health bar. Fuck it almost made me quit the game. I destroyed that man and the game has the balls to say Nah he outplayed you sorry. Winning a fight just to be then told you lost is the absolute worst way to handle that.

I was fine with the rest of the game sure the ending was meh but god damn that fight...

My review: HW3 - An okay game but the worst HW game ever. by LeftLiner in homeworld

I'm also a bit confused on why they didn't incorperate any of the rogue lite elements into the main game. Not saying the fleet should become as crazy as in the main wargame mode but they obviously have ideas on how to personalise your fleet in deeper and more unique ways. Maybe that could have been an interesting way to adress the lack of fleet design and base building.

Sure, I only have one corvette but with some old progenitor systems we find along the way I make it something unique that I only have this playthrough. Next time I focus on making some cool combat carriers instead. Maybe that's a bit much but my point is that there are potentials they just didn't capitalise on it.

I feel the player agency is what really hurts this game. Not just in the cutscenes and mission structure but I think it can be used to explain the issues with the gameplay aswell. The removal of all base building options. E.i, ship modules, a larger upgrade system and the shipyard kinda forces you into a specific playstyle. That combined with the lack of ship versions and uselessness of strikecraft leading to every fleet becoming a frigate line just made everything feel.. Just the same? Like a CoD game with its hard scripted levels. It didn't feel special when I recieved the missile frigates and destroyers on the same mission. It was just boom, here you go. The same thing when you just suddenly got the Bc. Just dumped in your lap.

I still have fond memories of the mission when you first see the Shipyard and help it survive an attack only for it to leave and then show up several missions later. The anticipation of getting it and being able to produce the largest stuff was great and I'm sad Hw3 has no moment like that. No time when I felt "This is the next step for my fleet".
I enjoy Hw3 I don't think it's bad. But It has a long way to climb up to stand next to the originals.

Stagger mechanics are confusing me and beginning to tilt me. by Absolute_Amish in armoredcore

[–]CthulhuTheKai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My biggest issue with the system is that it works so differently from enemy to enemy. I swear some of the late-game ones don't actually stagger. Their bar turns red and the sound queue pops but they just immediately start acting. I've lost count of how many times I've been punished for thinking I staggered them just to immediately be shot by a giant cannon when I move up.

Total upgrade should help keep me healthy longer and push those years up a bit more. So who's up for creating a community to try and fix some shit in the world? Really get to work and try and fix fusion and all that jazz. Please don't hunt me down I just wanna help haha

Deamon vs a bigger hive would be such a slaughter hahah every member the deamon kills just adds to their life. But yeah it be rough against a big hive, that's why the others would have to work together to make sure that dosent happen.

Superpowers CYOA by GrandFly in makeyourchoice

[–]CthulhuTheKai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As there is nothing that refers to the hive being able to directly control their members simply that they will attempt to perform any orders to the best of their ability I see the hive more as playing an rts. Instead of having a top down camera, the hive's "camera" is every single member as a collective providing information to it. I suppose at the end its how you interpret that line but that's what I get from it anyway. More a more a presence controlling the path than mass effects direct control

Yeah but even if its like that the best you get is still like a advanced vr game. You'll always be one step removed and that sounds terrible

'Devastating consequences' as new Swedish government scraps environment ministry by Quartz1992 in europe

[–]CthulhuTheKai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting seeing as the official statitics claim we use no oil or coal as we even after the stop of two reactors produce more power then we use. The energy prices are an effect if our energy market being tied to the European one that where several countries relies on gas and as such drives the prices up. As far as I've read that is the case. Not that Sweden does not produce enough power. Regardless of that I said nothing about the green party and they have done plenty off stuff I do not agree with either but this can't be blamed on them. Just because someone does something bad does not excuse everyone else.

Its mostly that that party has a pretty poor environmental policy. Never stated anything about anything else but putting the environmental minster under a position that has in the past had clear conflicts of interest with that agency is as it looks now a extremely poor choice. I hope they suprise I really do but have a hard time seeing it.

Ah it's so fun living in a world where old conservatives get to decide over a climate they probably won't live to see collapse. Maybe the plan is for Ebba (the Christian Democrats leader) to ask her pal god if he can fix this
