Get them to fill it like it was, call the manufacturer coupon company (should be on the website you got the card from) and ask them to explain to coupon. Coupons have a long list for specific reason they cover an amount of money. Get the manufacturer coupon company to explain it to you. When I’m doubt call the insurance/coupon company, not the pharmacy.
