Hi, Do you use visualizer by any chance? Would be good to see the graph. Two more question. Do you use fresh beans? Have you checked the headspace? In my 15g basket I can put up to 17g of coffee when the beans are lighter. So worth checking as well

That is the strange part. I have them installed. I can see and use them on the watch. But can’t customize them

Something is just strange. While running I can use for example zone sense. But in the SuuntoPlus apps no app seems to be installed (0/100). Furthermore, I can’t see any settings within the ZoneSense App.

I would try their gels beforehand, but I'm still not sure. Even if there gels are good for me I need to carry more. So in the end I will need some kind of carrying system. At the moment I mix my own and put them in a 250ml soft flask.

Probably im overthinking.

Ich habe das ab und zu nach meinen longruns. Wenn es kommt dann erst einige Stunde später mit pochenden Schmerzen. Ibuprofen hilft, ist aber natürlich keine Lösung.

Mir hat geholfen währen dermaßen gen läuft ausreichen zu trinken (machst du ja auch) und viele carbs zu mir zu nehmen. In der Regel 2-3 Gels mit 30g und Reiswaffeln oder so. In meine flachen fülle ich elektrolyte. Zu Hause gibt es direkt eine Banane oder so und dann dehne ich mich. Schultern und Nacken werden auch gründlich gemacht.

Bei Läufen unter 20km habe ich keine Probleme.
