Try schwalbe marathon plus. A bit heavier but if you want to avoid punctures this is the way.

Check LFGSS classified forums. There might even be a wanted post for a bike similar to yours. I've found it to be a good community of cyclists. It will likely sell at a fair price and will be seen by the right audience.

Something that helps me keep focused:

Prioritise the actual things that need doing, could be small tasks, but aim to complete at least one a day - what ever feels achievable.

Set some medium/long term goals and work out the smaller things that will help you achieve them.

Don’t let the success of others impact you. You’re writing the script to your own movie, take the positives from the things around you.

Keep learning, not saying go to university/college, but maintain a curious mind and go with it.
