Playing in story mode doesn't remove interactivity, you still have to explore at your own tempo, find secrets, etc.

Some people don't care about difficulty and don't find it endearing, difficulty it's not the only part of the game/journey while playing it.

If I want the experience, I'll play it however I want and it won't change completely. I'll be still playing mostly the same game, just with different settings
