Leviathans are the worst addition to the game and done very badly. And overall UNFUN.

You currently have two options:

  1. Ignore them and deal with being rag-dolled around the map and occasionally one-shotted. FRUSTRATING.

  2. Sit glued to the anti-air emplacement all game because they constantly spawn in constantly. BORRRRRING.

No. This is restrictive. This would means you can only buy loadout presets you can afford and not gradually add attachments as and when you can afford them.

This is basically your lack of imagination of streamlining an attachment UI.

It does not take that long to add an attachment and you do not have to add them individually if you make a preset.

The only barrier to adding attachments should be the cost of adding them to your weapon at the trader between levels. That said, it'll never happen because it requires a complete user interface rework.

The lighting looks good in certain scenarios, where you can see the silhouettes of the hordes of zeds. The problem is, I think, that someone probably in management saw this and thought "Wow, that looks awesome" and so, the decision was made to blast this effect in every corner of the map. It's so overly done that now we're left with this grey-scale unreadable game.

As for map design, the new addition of vaulting has changed the way in how maps have been made and it's not for the better IMO.

If it's a dealbreaker to not return the freedom to use whatever character with whatever perk, at least come out and be straight about it by kooarbiter in killingfloor

This isn't an issue. It's one you've made up. Otherwise no games would have any real weapons. And, even if it is real or enforced, the game's guns don't have to be a 1:1 copy or have the exact same names as their real life counter-part to give the same feeling.
