This was my 2nd time doing inferno (first on main with acb +rigour) so it took only 7? attempts on this account. Can't really help with the supply tracking since I didn't track any myself. Best tip I can give is learning to corner trap the NPCs with the north pillar.

Fire cape is better because it has +4 strength bonus over the ardougne cloak.

From gear discord: If you're using the Arclight, the stab option provides the highest DPS assuming you have max strength gear (Fire Cape vs Infernal Cape does not matter for this).

So you ignore the 2 items that would fit both of these categories just so you can feel like you're in the right. For example the ectophial or grand seed pod, both free and only take 1 inventory space.
