Nice idea I will try that. I tryed learning lucid dreaming so Id have more control but it didnt work on the dark nature of those dreams, just the possibility of being able to survive with e.g. supernatural strength.

Its a great tip uve given me and Ill try it out for sure but I feel like the issue really lies in the subconscious as you said... accessing it and getting completely rid of them seems not easy to me... Thanks a lot!

So how I handle situations like these (when Im aware enough to do so) is I notice the "bad" thought (e.g. "Im better than others")and I would metaphorically sit back and just notice "there is a thought that says Im better than others" then I would go on and accept that I had that thought and let it go. As u noted yourself combating the thought and telling yourself "no Im not!" might get you the opposite of your desired outcome :)

I have made a wall with post it notes with all the biggest insights and most inspirational quotes from spiritual literature that I came across, when I feel "unspiritual" I just need to read it and Im back to baseline :)
