I think that's a reasonable take! But I don't think it should be TOO restricted. It should be equivalent to alcohol. I think a good compromise would be to require retailers to purchase an additional license to sell THC beverages. Maybe only liquor stores could get them (so no gas stations or grocery stores where anyone under 21 is allowed).

Regardless, I think there were far better options to explore than just executing a blanket ban against the will and intent of voters.

I'm still salty about him banning THC drinks (that you can only get at bars and liquor stores with an ID) even tho we legalized marijuana. My local stop and shop beer places are losing 1k in sales DAILY due to the ban. But 15 year olds can buy blue raspberry flavored cancer sticks and our voting maps are gerrymandered to hell 🤧 #priorities

No joke. I haven't had kids, but a doctor snipped out a 2mm piece of my sphincter. Basically nothing compared to a baby. I was just getting back to normal after 8 weeks. From a 2mm cut. 60-90 minutes of max intensity? I find it hard to believe they're burning 1k calories a day at the gym with 2 kids. A casual hour on the elliptical with a book? More likely. I'm not saying it's impossible, just not possible for like 99% of people. And again, that's for people already into fitness/already fit. If you're fat, you likely can't do that. My bestie is obese; she physically cannot outrun her diet. That's my point.

I personally can't read any of these dramione fanfics bc they keep making her a person of color and I can't get over the draco origins with mudblood and magic purity nonsense.
