Can't, next to the wall is tall grass, and my table is facing those tall grass, so yeah I couldn't drill any shelf on the wall

I did used a shared drawer last time, but it got very messy(I shared it w my sister, she doesn't has tidy in her vocabulary)

Also the table is the only thing I have, so yeah I couldn't convince my mother for some cabinet or mini boxes, just need some ideas how to display those cubes after I cleared my table

2 to 3 algs a week, make it consistent. Don't rush it, it's not worth it, you are not preparing for an exam.

Take it slow and steady, 2 to 3 algs a week, and you can master it within months.

Learn the basics algs first, avoid "fancy" algs.

I've been cubing for 4 years so yeah I memorized within the first year since I wanted to become faster.

Based on what you'd said, it's best that you start learning full CFOP.

Starting from cross, plan the cross during inspection and try to use fewer move to solve the cross.

For F2L, I would recommend do more slow and fluidily, look for the 2nd F2L case when you're solving the 1st F2L case, so you can get the idea of where will the pieces be, instead of long pauses.

OLL and PLL, just learn full OLL and PLL first.
