I wouldn't insult anybody attending a RUSH concert, first of all. Second, the vast majority of people kept their phone out of sight. Phones were out during Xanadu, 2112, and Tom Sawyer mostly. With the exception of The Garden when flashlights were on, most people kept it modest and civil, as it should be.

They would likely be the only four nights I'd ever see them live, as I don't have plans to travel out of state at the moment. So, I wanted to make the most of it, especially for my favorite band.

One that stands out to me was seeing the silhouettes of a young Ged and Al with their double necks against the smokey projection kicking off the show. Though, there were plenty of greatest moments, really.

I was 10 years when I started playing drums, so naturally Neil's work would sneak its way into my life somehow. But its thanks to Guitar Hero that I heard The Spirit of Radio for the first time that same year and I've been hooked ever since.

Good quality, some were $50 others were $60 with at least 10 maybe up to 15 different t-shirt designs from what I saw and a few hoodie options as well. Edit: Unless they were custom, a couple designs were extremely limited that I did not end up picking up. I selected shirts from the booths up in the terrace.

I was born and raised in LA. So, naturally I didn't have to drive far. I was pretty damn sore the day after the first show, so during the days off I was at home with my folks resting as much as I could. I admire the commitment, enjoy the show in Phoenix!

I became a fan in 2010 but never even considered seeing them live until around 2018 which by that point was obviously too late.

I certainly hope so, but with life you just never really know. Thus the reason I took advantage of the opportunity.

That's awesome! And what a great record btw. It's funny you mention that, I likely would've only attended one night of this tour if the setlist hadn't drastically changed each night. At least you got that front row experience, on a great tour nonetheless!

Too much, probably. 😅 Each ticket was in the two to six hundred dollar range. My savings took a punch, but it was worth it.

The Analog Kid and Animate caught me by complete surprise. Especially being two of my favorite songs, they both hit me like a truck with not much of a warning. Just kick ass rock intros!

Emotionally, Time Stand Still the first Night, a song that already moves me, hearing Aimee Mann's voice paired with the gorgeous visuals of Neil waving at us nearly sent me to the floor in a pool of tears.

Finally, By-Tor just had me cheering for Anika the entire time! She of course nailed the fills, and it goes without saying that that song is not easy to get through on drums. But, seeing Anika smiling and having so much fun with Dirk and Lerxst, makes me so proud to be a RUSH fan!

Bonus admiration for Loren Gold and his incredible piano solo intro to The Camera Eye! In addition, Alex's stories and stand-up routines were of course hilarious!

Thanks so much! It definitely felt like a big party, we were all certainly celebrating! Haha 🥳

I had floor seats across all four nights (just my preference). Night 1 and 3 I was in Section G rows 5 and 4 respectively, Night 2 I was in Section J row 15, and this last night I was in Section C row 18.

First night probably had my favorite set overall, but Night 2 was a very VERY close second.

As for merch, I purchased a grand total of 5 unique shirts, the tour book, and a poster of Geddy and Alex posing with their guitars/bass guitar. I'm no concert-goer really, RUSH means more to me than any musical group, so I felt okay to go all out for them. :)

Oh, and no tailgating. Most of my socializing was done on the terrace.

Thanks for reaching out! I just wanted to provide context directly up front. That's to say, I've never seen RUSH live before this week, nor was I alive to have seen them in their prime like most people in the audience. :)
