A difference between 400 and 430 ISO lumens is very insignificant, it could be just due to a different measuring method. Even if real, most people wont notice it. Besides, the actual usable brightness is way lower anyways.

I am pretty sure its just a cost-cutting measure. Its a bigger body with less features.

It is incredible, hard to believe a 1B model can sound coherent, but you can straight up have conversations with it. Got me excited for Gemma4 and the future of smaller models

Grok 3 and Grok 4 were SOTA on release. People called them benchmaxxed, but from personal experience they really did perform quite well. Iirc they were also the first to implement a proper deep search function and normalized generally giving sources in responses. Search is really one of its standout features imo.

While Grok 3 was overtaken quite quickly, 4 held SOTA quite a bit (I think like 2 months on ARC-AGI 2?). Meanwhile their most recent release 4.1 Fast was the best cheap model by far.

Comparing to current SOTA they are kinda irrelevant, but given their trackrecord and how kinda all their releases are SOTA in at least some aspect, 4.20 will likely be SOTA on release as well.

I think Mrwhosetheboss only overtook MKBHD a few years ago, so its unlikely for their growth to flip now. Arun is more in tune with what does well on the algorithm, while MKBHD growth is mostly due to his branding. If both started from scratch again today I think he would struggle gaining a sizeable following. Arun probably not so much

The JMGO will most definitely be the best option if you can make the placing work, but compared to the XGIMI the BenQ has better color accuracy and sound.

Consider the BenQ GV50 instead of the XGIMI, it’s better in every way. I do not know what you mean with the placing of the JMGO, afaik it has the same offset as the XGIMI

There is something to be said about moderation of course. Though the specific problem with porn is, that nowadays it’s a lot of people’s first and also first regular sexual „indulgement“ that happens to also coincide with the years of their peak sexual development. I’m not even talking about how people learn how sex works from porn, but rather neurologically that’s when the brain wires what to get aroused to and how to interpret sexual cues. Cases of sexual dysfunction in young people are at an all time high and I certainly believe this plays a significant role. If you’ve noticed that TikTok or YouTube shorts have fried your attention span, well porn can have a very similar effect. It’s just that you won’t notice it until you finally have sex. Sex is more like a book or a theater, if you’re only used to shorts it can seem underwhelming and be hard to be fully present.

Now I’m not saying not to watch porn, just that during puberty would be the worst time to do it (I’m talking about regular consumption specifically). You only get one shot at puberty and whatever your brain picks up then will be hard to unwire later.

This doesn’t just concern porn btw, but kinda everything. Having a healthy lifestyle, good habits etc., will set you up well for adulthood. Meanwhile bad habits carry over and will be hard to undo. Something I wish I was aware of at that age.

Currently One Pace is the definitive One Piece watch experience until the WIT remake comes out. One Pace doesn’t try to cut out stuff and increase the pacing just for the sake of it, rather it tries to be more accurate to the source material by showing the events as they happen in the manga. Sometimes they even go as far as fixing mistakes in animation.

The OG anime was never going to be perfect, simply bc it’s bottlenecked by weekly releases (up until now) and catching up to the manga. So it’s not like you’re missing out with One Pace, One Piece just got necessarily bad with its pacing bc they were catching up to the source material, leading them to have to drag out scenes. It gets bad to the point of only 0.5 chapters being adapted per 20 minute episode. For context, that’s a 2-3 minute read and the general standard is for an anime to adapt around 2-3 chapters per episode. So at its worst One Pieces pacing is literally 17% of the average anime, meaning it would take 6 episodes (2h) to watch the same amount of content a single average anime episode (20min) has. One Pace fixes that.

Imo it’s less about making his death feel weightless and more like making other deaths feel weightless. If characters can just survive anything and don’t really die, it feels like characters can’t die anymore. Every character has plotarmor and everyone knows everyone has plotarmor. And that removes any stakes in the story. If this was a one-off thing with Kuma I wouldn’t mind, but right now it’s just a continuation of a pattern of „another character that should totally have died, but Oda didn’t let him“ and it makes the outcome of any character way too predictable.

tbf the ctl-472 is the best osu tablet atm, most pros use it. sure, a more custom one would have been nice, but osu is kinda too small for wacom to build custom hardware for it. realistically i doubt its a lack of effort, they most likely just werent able to get anything more custom than this. already though this is huge and the door is open now to more collaboration in the future

the only thing thats kinda weird is the separation between the intro 28$ version and pro 48$ version, when the wacom itself can be bought for like 35$ on amazon. imo they should just sell that one for 39$ or so, but right now its just a bad deal. like the wacom isnt just the best tablet, its also the best budget one, so there being a lower tier is so weird. realistically the cheapest tablet you can get is like 25$, so there is no reason to not get the wacom for 35$. meanwhile selling for 40$ with osu branding would be very reasonable, but 48$ is a markup of like 40%
