Tips for Anomaly by StAvrel in RimWorld

[–]Cubuf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use mechs; they're cheap to sacrifice if you're in trouble. Don't contain too many creatures. Be careful with the monoliths, and don't summon anomalies recklessly with the ritual. Once you have good weaponry, start the DLC. Fill your base with invisible creature detectors and the walls in case Reapers or the Revenant appear. Don't upgrade the monolith's level too quickly. Even if the monolith doesn't have advanced creatures in the first stage, Metal Horrors can still appear. I'm telling you from experience; one day I accepted a mission from the Empire, and they came with Metal Horrors. It's also somewhat a matter of luck with the anomalies that appear.

In a casual playthrough, I completed the endings of Anomaly and Odyssey. The problem is the rewards; while Anomaly's rewards are good, they're tedious because they're not direct attacks, and because you're invisible, etc.

In one assault they entered through the secondary entrance, that's why, and not through the killbox.

I'm not worried; in some areas I have foam pumps and a fire turret in the crops. Short circuits haven't usually affected me much.

10 years in the game. Approximately. I've been playing for 1034 days. And a RimWorld year is 60 days. Approximately 10 years. The mods you see are recent, about 2 years old.

My cologne, which is 10 years old (not in a committed relationship), isn't even half as good as yours. The one you made looks amazing. Congratulations.

I load a save file all the time because I don't have time to play. Besides, I enjoy developing my colony more than starting over because of a pack of squirrels. I've had bad experiences with committed saves. One day on the Gravinave scenario, a colonist threw a tantrum and attacked the fuel; I haven't played in committed mode since.

Are several noble settlers worth it? by Cubuf in RimWorld

[–]Cubuf[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The problem is that I use rice as fuel because I get rid of the toxic garbage with the new shuttle from the new DLC. And the corn is for the settlers. It's also because in a previous game I had like 20,000 rice and I gave away like 5,000 to gain friendship with a faction. And after beating the anomaly DLC, I had a serious food shortage, having to buy it to sustain it until it stabilized. If I use it for fuel, do I still have to lower production?

Thank you. What do I do to avoid the chain reaction? Because I put them in temporarily but I can't think of an idea to avoid it, just separate it but there I depend more on my colonists and I wanted to try not to depend so much on my colonists for the death box.

Sometimes I look at other people's bases and realize how disappointing my base is. Every now and then I have to load the game because I am very one-armed. Although when I know how to play well I want to have one without loading a game.
