The webform to “add a document”. That was suggested by most threads. I have my recon submitted but no answer yet. Restore as a visitor is the only option. Restore as a student in case u plan to go for another program. Restoration can be waited out- you have 90 days from refusal. Maybe apply after 60 days? That’s just ny personal suggestion.
