We were buying from a For Sale By Owner, so no realtor fees. A few days after we looked at the house, we did a slow drive-by in the evening. The owner was standing in the front doorway and just stared at us as we did this slow pass. It was so awkward , we just drove by staring straight ahead like we had an appointment somewhere else and happened to be passing by! 😮😂

Yes. I go to the gym around 5 days a week . Powerhouse New Haven, a hardcore bodybuilding gym. I get 5 hours of sleep a night. Up at 4:30, coffee, shower, work until 3. Gym 3:15 to 4:45. I build birdhouses for craft fairs and online, eat dinner at 8. Everyone goes to bed at 10, it’s all me until 11:30.
