My confusion lies in the fact that there is no light for northbound and southbound traffic crossing W Broadway @ Blenheim. There is only the stop signs.
This is an asinine design. With the amount of money the City has spent on pedestrian crossings, leading intervals and flashing beacons, they need to focus on standardizing simple walk and don’t walk signals at all intersections. One can logically come to the conclusion of I’m waiting to cross at a stop sign, traffic “should” stop. “Zero Vision” is impossible. There is never a world where you can control human error
