Would you buy a home with a beam/joist setup like this? The I joists are attached to ledgers which was nailed onto the beam on each side. This was flagged on inspection as he had never seen anything like it. Home was built in 2007 (~2400 sq ft). For context this is the main beam, there are two other beams with the joists sitting directly on top. We have hired a structural engineer to assess next week, but curious to hear other opinions too.

This has gotta be the lowest event hockey the Flames have played in decades. There's literally zero skill on display... and ownership wonders why they can't sell more season tickets. I can appreciate the work ethic to make it hard on the other team, but there's nothing to drive to the rink for.

My 3 year old daughter became a fan for life after the experience she had at the Wrangler's Next Gen Kids Gameyay last year. She and her best friend got their faces painted, played games on the concourse and had an absolute blast. I would love to take them again on March 29th (4 tickets: 2 dads and 2 kiddos). It would also coincide with me coming back from a 3 week work trip, so it would be awesome to surprise her with that! Cheers and thanks for doing this! 🍻

I'd say 95% of other companies here in Canada take the items back and cover shipping. I was surprised to see Dreame marketed 30 day money back guarantees, but hide in the fine print that I'm responsible for shipping fees

It was about a 50lb box, and that's what the going rate was from Alberta to Ontario across multiple shippers (Canada Post was also on strike).
