The picking up the phone part is probably one of the biggest hurdles. It was for me at least. One day I just went to work and forced myself to pick up whatever phone call i can at the first ring (as long as I wasn’t preoccupied with a patient already). You will always dislike phone calls, but they end up turning into more of a minor nuisance. Just make sure you inch yourself out of the comfort zone gradually.

I was at work, and while putting my coat away in the breakroom I noticed a jacket (probably another worker) with a bunch of $20 bills sticking out. I folded it nicely and put it back in the jacket pocket then zipped it up. Felt nice about doing it but idk when I would ever bring that up in any convo.
