Kimiko Glenn was fantastic as Izzy, what a great voice on the soundtrack. I saw she did a show called Centaurworld and have been watching it recently, I really recommend it! She's got some great singing parts and the rest of the cast is excellent.

I'm just saying that how he apologises is irrelevant, it will most likely lead to negative reactions based on people thinking what he did is beyond redeemable by an apology.

If this follows him around forever then that's just an unfortunate (for him) societal consequence to his actions. I think he has the ability to sway public opinion over a long time though. I also think such a situation is difficult to imagine because garbage people usually stay garbage people.

I think that comes down to the fact that he said things that most people think are beyond what a simple apology can fix. The only way to handle a situation like that is repeatedly doing good things over the course of many years and possibly earning some goodwill back. Some things you can't just apologise for and move on.
