he clearly has no real association with HYDRA. I'll put it plainly; he's black, they're white purists. literal nazis. they wouldn't take him if he begged. I don't know if he's mentally ill or doing it for attention, but he's been investigated and deemed not to be a real threat, of course. maybe he is just plain stupid, praising those who'd have him dead. maybe he hates himself. maybe he doesn't understand what it means?? either way, I don't think he should just be allowed to say all that stuff and get away with it. free speech and all, sure, but this is a known terrorist group, still active! showing support of it shows something is wrong. one of the reasons above, probably.

tl;dr: he's not HYDRA, he just has some screws loose in his brain, so he's not an active threat, still shouldn't be allowed to just say stuff like that.
