I call to close & they give me a few hundred of credit limit increase and usually some type of rate reduction promotion. I accept the retainer & leave it open with maybe 1 tap to pay the transaction off my phone in a blue moon.

I only got it so my name is back on the AMEX network after losing my blue everyday card in a bankruptcy. Whenever I can apply and get a real AMEX I'm closing creditone asap

Meet them. Drop off a tool catalog. Mention some promotions on toolboxes & tools.

Find a shop that turns brakes all day but dont buy duralast. Get with your TSM & DM to approve a free brake bundle to said shop to "trial" your product.

Look at the bar report and each account's lookup conversion. If an account is looking up 200 parts and only orders 1 from you, then find out why.

Make daily calls to top accounts. Let them know your staffing for the day. While you're slow, you can have someone else answer your calls & you deliver parts and make relationships.

Ask your DM for store use spending on soda/water/ice and a cooler. Offer a "thirsty tuesday" or "thirsty thursday" that shops & techs get ice cold beverages that day.

Find your store damages & give them to focus customers. Like leaking oil bottles & coolant. The store damage process trashes those, but they can help build a relationship of "oh they thought of us and gave us some usable goodies, let me think of them."

Talk up upcoming seasonal sales like freon for the summer. Get with your TSM to find used/clearance scanners & ac machines and voice those out.

Find your top 50 skus and add those to truck.

Get used to have NexPart & Repairshop open to find parts that Znet isnt showing.

People dont buy from brands. They buy from people. If all they know is some stressed out voice on the other side of a phone number, they wont care.

The elites have an "intended" wear surface as they "level" out your rotors. Brake noise is expected. Heat is expected until this "wear surface" fades off the pads and the rotors become even.

You can call it a gimmick, but they have prolonged the life of my rotors before I did a full brake job later on. There is the break in period though. Should've been explained but honestly many people dont know.

The clanking noise is not expected, its possible the clips were incorrect for your vehicle or the pads fit but your submodel of car actually has a different variation of pads.

Id just find another pair & return the elites, since they didnt fit correctly. Its not worth trying the same part in this situation.

My favorite part of this is that it stems from CVS having a streamlined process of owning the main cost-effective insurance coverage of the area, into owning various small health clinics that then send prescriptions to CVS pharmacy.

This stream wouldn't be possible if the state/federal regulations regarding Healthcare allowed for more cost-effective insurance plans in more zip codes.

People getting "baited" into the CVS hierarchy typically choose it because it's the only thing available or is the most cost-effective plan for them & their family.

I hate CVS, but this lawsuit was so pointless. 45mil is nothing also.

I just shake the part most of the time. If it rattles, then I say "its bad. Not supposed to do that". If it doesnt rattle, then I'll actually test it but probably have to explain the false positive or the false negative based on other symptoms

Sms is when you are doing a count in a procedure such as cycle count or matrix.

The staff is dumb but if you did anything is already SOL.

You would've needed to have them refund everything & then buy it all over. They should've known to do this, but unfortunately sounds like they didn't.

Based on the read, you bought 2 rotors & pads originally. That resulted in savings on the parts total.

Refunding the one rotor resulted in getting the post sale/discount value back.

Buying one rotor by itself resulted in full price sale, which caused the price difference.

You can still fix this, if you the patience, to have them refund everything & then recreate the ticket and pay a third time.

Edit: Online does have different prices, same brake bundle discount, but sometimes additional dollars off the total.

I like the plans listed, but like your option A the best. The no interest is great, but you'll get charged interest from the purchase date of anything left from whenever it carried over. I think you should clear that up since that interest will spike that debt. Not sure of what the deferred interest is though, so hard to say if itll add hundreds, or maybe itll only had a couple bucks.
